Hal, I have to ask, what did you do to the aura module of Pitbull to change anchoring? I've been trying to replicate the target buff/debuff layout on the player frame, since it looks like you haven't modded it (it overlaps the player frame). I got it to look the same way as the target buffs/debuff by fiddling with the values in the if statements on lines 1564 and 1895, but I'm not sure if that's the best way to approach it. Many thanks

Has to do with seeing who is in my group while raid frames are organized by class. Mostly, though, it has to do with the fact that I heal with my party in arenas, so I like it positioned there. I could probably turn it off during raids, though.

Jumping on the recent bandwagon that is using Hal's textures. That, and the colors to the point that I could mimic them to the best of my ability.



Pretty much RDX6 for the unitframes/raid frames/cast bar; coolDown for the cooldown bars and buffalo2 for my buffs.

To combat the minimalist nature of my raid frames, I have borders highlight based on certain criteria: green for poison, blue for magic, purple for disease, orange for unstable affliction and red for aggro - red being the lowest priority and orange being the highest.

I can't say for sure what the best way to adjust auras for the player frame is because I've honestly never tried. There's really no other way to do it besides fiddling with the values in the aura.lua, so you've probably figured it out if they look right.

If your playing at the same as i am, would you be able to upload it for me?

I'm using 1440x900, but I think someone had it on 1280x1024, cant remember if it was on EJ forums, though.

I know this is sort of an odd question, but how far away from your monitor do you play. I'm especially referring to Hal as I have the same resolution 1680x1050 (on a 20" monitor) and attempted to mimic his screen layout with a few changes.



The problem is that I find the font and the sizing of certain things too small for my liking as I play with my monitor about a foot and a half to two feet away from me. When laying my UI out I even went so far as setting some of his screenshots as my desktop background so I could easily see the spacing and size and how the it would relate on my screen.

From what I figure is that either Hal has very good eyessight (I do wear glasses for having a lazy eye so my eyesight isn't perfect but its not bad) or he's playing very close to his monitor (1 ft to 1.5 ft away)

If I press ALT + T, omen pops up and the right chatframe will be automatically resized.

Macro looks like this:

/omen toggle

Nice one caith, can't wait for the release. Tho I still wonder where could the minimap go. I'm a miner and herbalist on other char and I spend quite some time mining. Well, i guess I'll have to think of something when you release it
