Personally I've found quest helper/cartagrapher routes to be increadibly uphelpful. Maybe I just have it set up wrong but it is always pointing me in truely odd directions. For instance, the other night I was doing all the quests around the new goblin area in dustwallow marsh and I couldn't get QuestHelper to recommend any of the quests in that area, instead it wanted me to get on the FP and fly to ratchet so I could go back to STV and finish up quests there... Has anyone else run into this problem? It seems like I just need to type some command to get it to wipe its memory and look at start over looking at the quests in my quest log and where I actually am in the world???

Most times the trick is opening the worldmap and closing it again. A quick /qh recalc can do the trick too. And then there are some cases that if QuestHelper doesn't know a quest yet and you have some "kill x of y" quests the locations will only recognized after a relog or /reloadui.
If all this failes, just manually set the priority of the quest objective that is bothering you to "lowest". This will only apply for the current session till the relog, so you aren't breaking a thing.

If I'm not mistaken QH will ignore orange+ difficulty quests. I'm not sure how to get it to process them

Turn off the level filtering in the command line options. You can also adjust your "level" in some of the other options, basically it says that if a quest is a 5man group and you are solo, it considers you a lvl 68 (or something) and then as you add people it raises your "virtual level" to a point where it thinks you can do the quest, and then it adds it to your queue. If you want to see group quests all the time, just turn the filtering off.
