Yeah.. i just don't want the rest of the buff/debuffs. All the debuffs that are placed on the boss... such as DoT's, sunders, fairie fire, ect... I don't care about seeing all that stuff... I just want the important buffs/debuffs associated with a specific encounter.

I'm aware of that, but the examples you mentioned are all buffs and as such the only thing that will show up for a boss if you enable his buffs.

You can do this with NeedToKnow or TellMeWhen if the mobs are your target, focus, or target of target.

Power Auras can be set to show any buff/debuff and much more. Unfortunately you should enter each buff/debuff in the configuration, there is no automatic display of such things.

Ok, I am not really new here, bet new to posting questions since I tend to want to find the answer myself rather than asking.

But now I have a question I don't seem to find the answer to:

In my ui I am using kgpanels to spice things up a bit. But I want my panels to change color depending on what class I am currently logged on to. I.e purple if I am playing a warlock and white if I am playing a priest.

I can't seem to find a good answer anywhere and I suspect that I need to script it on each individual panel. Which is fine by me, but I can't script.


Any help at all is greatly appreciated.

Can any body tell me, how I can save my variable, on screens before entering world (login/character_select etc.). I try to little rewrite login ui (GlueXML) and need for save some my vars (for sample in Config.wtf, like other variables). may be I must declare my variables as "CVar", but how it possible?

That looks like the default rune bar for STUF. You can turn it off under the player options.

I'm looking for an addon that will basically display my cast Corruption stats and my current stats next to it. The goal being that I can look at it for a quick comparison and see whether or not I should be recasting my corruption due to trinket procs and other buffs that I may get.

Not sure if there's one out there but if there is I've been unable to find it. Basically I just need to see Spellpower, Crit chance and +Damage Buffs. Haste doesn't roll like the others so that one is irrelevant.

I have a rather complex issue. I have for a long time reconfigured capslock to send right-alt to my machine. Right-alt however is not really a unique modifier key but rather alt+ctrl.
The problem is this: I've just bound the ui-panes (social, character, etc) to alt+key, but now my capslock+key also calls the ui-panes. Apparently the ui-keybinds are tested before any ingame button-binds. The first thing I tried was to additionally bind all my keys to alt+ctrl+key. Now the game correctly hits the buttons with alt+ctrl, rather than the panels, but in the process the game seems to swallow the modifier. It now tries to activate the button as if no modifier were pushed.
The one other solution I can think of is to use macros to call the ui-panes. But I can't seem to find the correct slash command. I suspect it's going to be something involving /script. Any ideas?

I'm trying to get KGpanels to allow me to use both the gradient function and class colors, but so far have met with failure. I have spent a lot of time researching on the web etc, but have yet to find a workable solution. Does anyone know of a way it can be done?

DoTimer hasn't been updated in around 6 months or so, and with Cataclysm coming up I'm looking for an alternative.

I really only use DoTimer's cooldown anchor right now, customized to show fairly large icons horizontally below toon, just above my action bars, and mostly to see at a glance some less commonly checked cooldown counts.

I use TellMeWhen with large icons across my toon's feet for the important cooldowns.

Is there a better, lighter weight, addon anyone recommends to replace that use of Dotimer? I mostly ended up sticking with DoTimer in the past because of it's ability to be customized so completely. I could make the spell icon size just SO, and configure them to grow from right to left, anchored on the right, etc.

Only the first one works when in "Chakra: Smite" - the other ones doesn't work in Filger. Any solutions or suggestions for a lightweight CD/BUFF/DEBUFF tracker which recognizes the Holy Word states?

I'm not sure of the full functionality, but it appears that NugRunning [Cataclysm] : Cataclysm Beta : WoWInterface Downloads has been updated for Cataclysm and is at least moderately attractive on the screen. You might also check the DOT watcher from ForteXorcist - Addons - Curse .

I need some help finding a Unit Frames Mod that is going to be working with the new 4.0+ patch that works similar and efficient like shadowed unit frames.

Was the best User Friendly Unit Frames I have ever used. The Best part about the addon that Im looking for is the ability to track (whitelist/blacklist) buffs, possibly depending on what zone/raid/bg I'm in as well as having Aura Indicators(Not Buffs/Debuffs which come standard in any Unit Frames) like SUF had.

Anyone know of a numeric cooldown mod for action bars that is working? Cooldown is broken and cooldowncount hasn't worked in years I don't think. Just want a numeric cooldown on my Bartender4 bars.

OmniCC displays cooldowns for me.

Not quite sure I'm good enough with LUA-Editing (read: I can fiddle with it, but that's about the extend of what I can do) to do this, but figured I might be able to do what I want with some careful coaching from the experts' hands.

Here's my problem:
I love the basic idea behind oUF Hank, but it doesn't feature party/raid frames. It'd require some editing to make Hank oUF look the way I really want it to, but I can probably pull that off. I can't, however, add party or raid frames.

Now, quite handily oUF Senomar happens to have party/raid frames I quite like.

However, I can't seem to be able to combine the two. Just dragging over the party.lua bit into the Hank oUF folder didn't work and, from the looks of it, even resulted in an UF error (it was convinced I no longer had a Guild).

Is there any way (I can/to) combine these?

Here is the new SUF. Looks like some specific classes are having some issues (warlocks not seeing soulshards), however someone suggests having both Simplistic (which was linked in a previous reply) and Shadowed enabled for that specific concern which I'm sure will be addressed sometime this week.
