Yeah, I meant the Achievements Pane. My only issue with the achievement tracker is that it sometimes won't show up at all. It only seems to show if I have some other quest being tracked as well, and even then not all the time. This is probably some kind of issue with bEql or some other mod I run though.

Now that a lot of UI info is stored server side, is there a way to disable that? I use a friends computer fairly often, and it seems to overwrite his keybindings.

I have a problem with Bartender4 which is kind of a dealbreaker at the moment.

Every once in a while (2 times since the patch) it will not change paging when I switch forms.
So i get stuck with a healing bar in bearform, which is kind of embarrassing.
Alt+f4 and logging back in fixes this, but if I just log out to character screen it stays the same.

Any idea?

I had that issue with Bartender 4 and stealth and switched back to Dominos.

I have issues with simpleminimap. Everytime I log in, it has the default Blizzard map on and I have to right-click and select the Skin again for it to go to its intended position and map skin.

Any idea why that would happen?

I have tried for a pretty long time to get oUF_BarFader to work.
I have to add it in the toc file, but I'm not really sure which path to the file I should add, or if I'm completely wrong on it.
Anyone who can help me out?

Using Pitbull.

I am using the "empty space" bar to provide some spacing between my HP bar and my power bar. I can't seem to find a way to make it completey see through. It is see through but I can still see the darkness in it. I want it to be transparent, like the HP bar is its own thing and the power bar is its own thing.

If Pitbull can't do that, what unit fram can?

I'll answer my own question. NDragit has a bug where it displaces certain panes upwards. It was the one displacing the Achievement Pane off the top of my screen, and the author of NDragit seems to have abandoned it some time ago.

If anyone else has a nice, simple addon that allows panes to be dragged around quickly as desired, do tell.

Looking for a replacement for Craftlist for 3.0 to automatically respond to people who need to see what enchants I can do/ their mats. I'd think such an addon could be substantially simpler and just link a profession window to people in response to a predefined trigger now, has anyone done it yet?

I have been having a problem with PitBull Unit Frames. I have never had any problems before with PitBull. The bars are black, if I change the Frame Color a different color it goes to this. Basically, the textures aren't showing up, nor the text.

Ferous, are you by any chance using Cowtip ? That seemed to be conflicting.

Try grabbing a (new/different) version of Pitbull. I had the same thing happening a while ago, but an update or two fixed it.

Northener, how are we going to suggest addons when we don't know what you want to use ? I've guildies who run with KTM only because they don't want anything more. I've got guildies who run with packages and some run with double the amount of addons I do. Long story short, we don't know what you want. Look through the Show your UI thread or something and check the listed add ons there.

Oh, and to find your mount, press the [C] button, and look at the pets/companions tab.

That is a fair point indeed. I just find myself oddly daunted coming from a fairly standard heavy addon raiding background to a situation where the field has changed so dramatically.

At posting time I was feeling both impatient and somewhat drunk, caused by a quick resub and desires for zombie exploration. That was abortive due to a lack of functional addons from Bartender to Quartz to Cowtip and I posted in haste. Give me a few days of rebuilding from scratch (I ran 50+ odd little ones in the past) and I'll likely have some coherent questions.

for people looking for frame dragging addons, I've had good success with FloatingFrames; thus far, no errors (although a small number of frames aren't draggable I can't think of which ones off the top of my head, so it's not too common).

Lately I've been having a problem with Quartz. Whenever I zone or my UI reloads I lose my cast bars. I can get them to show up again by checking and un-checking the show/hide icon box for the specific bar but I can't seem to figure out what's causing it to disappear in the first place.

Has anyone else had this sort of problem with Quartz or know of a solution? I am using the latest version of Quartz (r7).

I'm trying to find out how to edit the Pitbull .lua file for filters to be able to filter off unwanted debuffs. Stuff like Exhaustion from Heroism/Bloodlust, Trick or Treat, boss auras like in the RoS encounter/Sapphiron's Aura, etc. But, I DO NOT WANT to filter off debuffs like Mortal Strike, stuns, Shadow Parasites, Encapsulate, Fire Bloom etc. Enabling the class specific filter (as a Paladin) means I only see Magic/Poison/Diseases and disabling it means I see useless stuff like I already mentioned.

So here's the question: how do edit Pitbull to filter off unwanted debuffs while keeping most of the other debuffs in the game showing? From the searching I've done, all I've gotten was as an answer was "edit the Filter.lua" which I don't know how to do and I haven't been able to find anything concrete and concise on how to do it either. What I'm looking for is a way to learn how to make a specific debuff not show without hiding a host of other debuffs.

Has anyone had issues with their unit frames covering the PvP frame? Specifically, I am using oUF w/ the oUF_Lyn layout. I'm assuming the z order of frames was tweaked by some of the newer additions to the base UI. I'm just getting into LUA, so I'm not sure what to bee-line for to fix this.

Since my most recent update of a few mods, Fubar doesn't allow them to link into it, or reside on it anymore. Specifically, BigWigs, ora2, ButtonFacade and ClosetGnome.

A number of addons have converted from being specifically FuBar or TitanPanel to using LibDataBroker. Fubar, TitanPanel, StatBlock and other addons can then all use the data generated by a specific addon and display it in any manner, not limiting it to a specific bar or panel addon.

Broker2FuBar allows all these libdatabroker addons to display in FuBar like they used to, installing it might solve your problem.

i have a problem with eepanels, i wanna anchor them to pitbull wich i have but i cant figue out what im supose to do to get the eepanels to go away when i dont have a target.

Your going to have to parent your eepanels to your pitbull frames. Use this macro to find out the exact name of the frame: /print GetMouseFocus():GetName() . After you get the name, go to the frame that you want to parent and go down to in the options to UIparent and type in the name of the frame, make sure you hit enter.
