Surprised this hasn't been posted yet. Apparently the author is ceasing development on RDX. There hasn't been an official announcement, the only information I could find is from this thread and related screenshot.

A website has been set up in anticipation of Veni opening the source.

Pretty much the best raid tool there is. Really hope someone picks the project up and at least keeps it working from patch-to-patch if nothing else.

Yeah, there is a small group of people that are planning on maintaining it from patch to patch and do bug fixes as they come up, with possibly adding new features as time allows. Veni hasn't open sourced it yet, but said that he will be doing it shortly as well as handing over what code he had for RDX7. There is a handful of people familiarizing themselves with the codebase and going about documenting RDX more thoroughly. Just basically waiting for Veni to change the license on it so people can start getting it for free.

That is excellent news. Its looks so good from what I have read and the screen shots I have seen etc

Could an update or a link be posted when it does go Open SOurce?

I believe someone took the liberty of publicly hosting the latest version on the offical site.
At present it won't be hosted on OpenRDX until an official release statement is posted by the author
