Proc Watch Alternative?

I recently became interested in the average amount of times a trinket of mine procs in one of my specific given 5s matches. I tried Proc Watch, but found it a bit clunky as well as annoying to use as a Healer/Caster, since it doesn't actually start up until you swing at an enemy. I've been looking around everywhere, but can't seem to find a decent alternative to it; people mentioned a mod called Proc Tracker, but it seemed to drop off the face of the earth a few months back.

So basically, I'm looking for a mod that can track the number of times, and times in between possibly, given procs. The item I'm using is [Alembic of Infernal Power], and I'm trying to see how often the proc goes off in my given 5s games over a long series to compare it to other Regen types. I'm aware Recount could probably track this as well, but I'm looking for something a bit more lightweight and wouldn't mind using a Proc watcher for other things as well. Does anyone have any alternatives they use, or insight on this situation? Thanks in advance.

If recount works for you using that to track mana gains in arena might be doable.

If you can't find anything else you could just parse a combat log to WWS.
