Some Notes:
I got up today and thought to myself, that my UI was complete crap (Default UI). I had 3 main problems with it. 1 The elements of the UI I cared about were simply too far apart to view at one time with ease. 2 The UI itself didn't really compliment its individual parts; even though each part of the UI performed its function, the way it displayed information on the screen it worked against itself. 3 The UI took up far too much screen space. To fix the problems I reorganized content to make the parts I needed the most, my character frame, target frame, and omen most visible and also aesthetically pleasing. I've also added an upload to filefront if anyone else would like to use this UI. Credits to Caith for the parts of their UI I borrowed.
A side note about Installation. Browse the WTF folder thoroughly and replace anything in caps with the information requested. The Font used is Myriad Pro.

My current UI, raid action shot:
Pertinent addons:
DoTimer (debuffs, cooldowns, SnD/sap/blind/etc. timer)
Bartender4
ButtonFacade (Caith)
Chatter
Clearfont2
eePanels2
GatherMate
IceHUD
ItemPriceTooltip
Fubar (Ammo, Clock, Money, Performance, Quests)
Mapster
MSBT
Omen
OmniCC
PitBull
Postal
Quartz
RatingBuster
SatrinaBuffFrame
SharedMedia & SharedMedia Blizzard
Squeenix
SWStats
TipTac
Yata (for my Shaman alt)
I started using a HUD bracketing the target frame over a year ago, and I just can't use anything else now. It makes for a nice clean screen since the HUD & target frame disappear when you're not targeting anything. All the info I need is in a nice small area. At this point I've only ever raided with dps characters (warlock, hunter, rogue) so I have no huge need for an entire raid's worth of unit frames.
There is a vertical bar to the right of the screen which contains my mount, tradeskills, and on my hunter/warlock, pet action commands (attack/stay/follow, which are bound to mouse buttons). It shows up on mouseover. The main action bar pages when shift is held, and the 2x6 block of buttons on the right pages when ctrl is held. Fubar is set to show on mouseover at the top of the screen and contains config options for some mods. I usually have SWStats hidden but was messing with some settings right before the pull and forgot to do so. The black line in the bottom middle is the swing timer portion of Quartz, and right above it is the cast bar which is not in use in the screenshot.

I've updated my UI a bit and followed bimmian's advice in this thread.
So, I post it again. Would be happy to recieve some feedback.
Addon's used
Download it! (Some people asked me to put it online)
As I already said, I tried somehow to replicate Zeans UI.
To save me some time answering PM's:
Yes, I use 3 different Addons for cooldowns.
* The little buttons you see left of the bars are from rFilter. I use them for "important" cooldowns.
The problem with cooldown bars is, that bars are not always in the same position. If you are in a raid encounter and want to know your vanish cooldown, you have to "search" the vanish cooldown bar within the other bars. To avoid this, I use rFilter (the buttons of rFilter are always at the same position).
* The cooldownbars are made with RBM (I track less important cooldowns with it), as well as the "target-info-bars" below my unit frame. RBM is a very powerful mod and can track lot of tings ... really nice alternative to NECB.
* The big button below the bars is ghost pulse.
The little buttons above the target frame track important debuffs on the target (important to me in raid situations). They are made with rFilter as well.
P.S.: Please forgive any grammar or spelling mistakes, I'm german

Some updates to what I use - I switched all fonts to Perspective Sans, dropped some mods I didn't need since I'm not raid leading anymore, and changed to some different versions of things I had. I also had trouble getting all the aspects of my UI into one shot, so I took two.
Raid Shot 1 - Raid Shot 2
Important addons: PitBull, eePanels, BigWigs, FuBar, Bartender3, Quartz, Buffalo, Parrot, Scorchio, Squeenix.
I'm also looking for a replacement to oRA2's PlayerTarget frames. PitBull doesn't cover it and I'd like something that I can customize more than what oRA offers. If anyone has any suggestions that'd be fantastic.

I really like this UI. Pleasant fonts, good colors that mix together rather nicely. And perfect screen real estate allocation. Good job.

New NoUI WIP out. This time from a private server since my retail subscription is out for the summer. It is an inspiration from one of my old creations, which in turn were inspired by one of Dukes UI's. Which one I cant recall, but credit to him anyway, since he's awesome .
NO uploads! If you like my work, feel free to ask questions about it and try to replicate it, but I will not give over either WTF or Interface folders. Go on the beach and take a swim instead.

I started with Hal's UI, attempting to slim it down a bit. I ended up removing the action bars/frame, as well as condensing the chat/combatlog frames into one.
Ended up with this:
Grid goes right above the chat, party frames right under the player/target unit frames. I forgot to upload a raid SS, but I am not yet satisfied with how it looks in a raid, it gets quite cluttered in the middle.
-player debuffs go to the right of the unitframe, which is why the player casting bar is where it is.
-omen is in the middle and grows up, level to the bottom of the player unitframe (only show 4 bars)
Mods:
Bartender3
eepanels
pitbull
quartz
prat
sldatatext
buffalo
cowtip

I use the same UI on all my high level characters (paladin, lock, rogue, priest) - it's pretty simple. With my UI design I've graduated from having everything in blocks, usually at the bottom of the screen, to having elements of the UI almost "floating" on the screen, with items fading out when they're not needed. I'm mostly a clicker and it was based around the idea of 4 main abilities for each class being placed in an easy to reach block. I made it a few months ago but it was a little broken until yesterday when I installed some new SharedMedia mods that fixed problems I'd been having with fonts. Now it's almost the way I like it again, so I thought I'd share it.
OOC - minimalistic
OOC - showing elements that are usually hidden (FuBar, action bars)
Pitbull - In group
In combat - Solo, showing positioning of swing and GCD timers (I love Quartz!)
In combat - In raid, showing Grid setup and enemy cast bar
Mod list
The 3 things I'd still like to tweak are changing the font on DrDamage (is this possible?), the font on Pitbull combat text (it won't let me select another from the list), and make Prat abbreviate the channel names of all my numbered channels (I've even reinstalled it but it clearly likes [1. General] rather than [1] no matter how many times I fiddle with the ChannelNames module).
PM's are very welcome for comments on the above or general criticism, though I can't guarantee that I will check often. Also, I doubt I will ever upload it (not that I know anyone would like it!) as I'm probably not knowledgeable enough, plus the UI is pretty personal to me and I like being the only person who uses it. But I'm more than happy for anyone to try to recreate the layout if they like it; it really shouldn't be hard with the mods that I use, they are all pretty simple and I've done nothing fancy
