A UI made to get good overview and awareness in PVE(prolly for pvp aswell), for me atleast this works great. I don't have any current raid frames since i'm good with oRA2 MT targets and playerframes, however i might add sraidframes later since i like them v much.
Clean warrior-ui with ag_unitframes and bartender3
I'm very happy with this layout, and so far it is working out great. Just a note on the castbars; top one is target, and bottom one is mine. I also have utility buttons (HS,flyer, profs, etc) on actionbars surrounding the combat text. These only show up when I put my mouse over them.
I've been watching this thread for a quite long period and after some configuring I've decided I'm ready to post my own UI.
Resolution is 1360 x 768.
All borders are skinned with Caith.
All fonts are changed to Arial.
Most of the statusbars are skinned with Glamour2 (comes with the HalUI pack).
For those who wonder about the minimap gloss (I had a REAL hell finding it, so I might as well be helpful), I found it in TimsansUI 1.3 and it's called minigloss.
So here's how it looks when I'm idle:
In action in a 5-man group:
In action in a 10-man raid (can't wait to try it in 25-man, though my guild has a summer break ):
Revamped my UI quite a bit. Stole the design from one of our rogues then tweaked it to suit my own needs. GhostPulse flashes in the center of the HUD bars so I can't miss them. Switched from ag_unitframes to Pitbull. The majority of the center of the screen is clear now, with SCT scrolling on the right side of the screen.
Although the concept is somewhat nice (and granted it would even better if you had a nice looking font, but for some reason that type of font is popular no matter how ugly it is), as a UI I believe it will fail horribly in a lot of situations (although I imagine these to be dynamic situations such as PVP, I don't see it being much of a problem in PVE).
From a neuroscience point of view it would be bad for you to do it all in text, but heh :P

Very nice and clean UI, only things I could really suggest is for you to remove your action buttons, they're completely pointless for you to show. Change your Buff Bar to maybe SBF with a ButtonFacade skin, and remove your Chatscroll buttons!
One for the background, one for the filling, one for the fog animation and one for the gloss.
My biggest problem currently is that the fog is disappearing when I use the WorldMap or on entering instances.
In my Orb I display a fog animation:
SPELLS\\RedRadiationFog.m2 <-- left orb
SPELLS\\BlueRadiationFog.m2 <-- right orb
Now, when entering instances the fog fades out and when I leave the instance it comes back.
World Map is the same but when I leave the World Map it stays gone.
I am looking for someone that has experience with SetModel() and knows when and why the animation stops and how I can restart it.
Trying to redo my UI for my new MacBook; meaning having to dump a lot of add-ons to prevent my small-shiny-but-oh-so-gaming-unfriendly-sexeh-laptop from burning up.
Nothing truly unique (bunch of inspiration from alot of places). Some aligning stuff left to do, but getting there. Two different approaches on unit frame placement atm, haven't decided which I like the best yet.
Tapestry UI Version Lucky 13 -WIP
Been a bit burnt out on UI design the last few months so been doing very little but happy with this one. Will see if I upload it.
Unitframes really haven't changed in quite some time but want things to be as clean as possible.
Play on Windowed mode whilst not raiding to allow Alt Tab'ing.

Kil'Jaeden on focus + huge focus cast bar to make it easier.
MSBT notification scroll area was moved aswell, to allow full visibility on focus cast bar.
