I made a complete rework of my UI after getting a new display. I came up with this layout, and will probably tweak it more all the time. My aim is to get a simple, aesthetic UI that still shows all the relevant information.

Solo, out of combat: the "idle mode", where nothing is really shown except the chat. Unit frames hide when full mana+hp and cooldown action bars hide when out of combat.

In combat, raid: Action bars showing all important cooldowns becomes visible when I enter combat. Recount doesn't really show in battlegrounds, but I made it visible for the screenshot. In raids omen will appear next to Recount on the lower right corner. There's also a consumable bar (not visible in picture) above my own unit frame that displays on mouseover.

Things to to: maybe switch buff bars to just icons, although I really like debuffs being big type-coloured bars. The pitbull's aura icons need a new border, it gets replaced with default every update :< Also my own name and class is pretty redundant information, but I added it there for the symmetry. Should come up with some other clean looking way of showing target's name.

So, v11 finally (I do not publish every single major version here, I suppose I leapt v8-10) arrived:

Addons used: Mostly r, o and p-Addons, some standard stuff like Chatter, FuBar and so on.
I tried to keep it as lightweigth as possible, it runs at 15-17mb idle, up to 25mb with recount active in raid environment.
I modified most of the mods to fit my needs better

Credits:
* Roth UI for the mainbar-angel and the minimap graphics,
* evl for nameplate-framework (modified a little bit here too) and
* oUF_p3lim (and _perfect) (modified as well, but not that much)
* Photoshop <3 (no, it requires not necessarily a 400mb mega-project with 700 layers to be a handy tool ^^)

PS: I'm not quite satisfied with the colors of the player & target frame, C&C welcome.

I've come back to WoW after a short break and decided I wanted to start with a fresh UI. I decided I wouldn't play any of my level 70 characters, which gave me much greater flexibility as I did not need to find room for raiding addons.

I've tried to keep the UI clean and visually pleasing, using Bartender4 to fade out a series of bars with my Portals/Conjuring/Mage Armor/etc, as well as Dash to hide my XP bar/Lynstats as I really don't need to see them constantly.

Buffs extend to the left of centre screen above Target cast bar (not shown in this shot) debuffs to the right.

really like the placing of your buffs/debuffs, kinda new and fresh idea which let's you easily follow on what's going on by only having to look at the bottom half of your screen.

Reworked my UI some for 3.0, mostly to better accommodate for the frequent usage of pets/vehicles.

In raid combat
With pet bar+focus active

Normally I run BigWigs on top-left on my main panels and oRA2 targets on the top-right, but I've disabled them for the time being because they just aren't needed right now.

Usual assortment of visible addons, BT4, ButtonFacade(Onyx), kgPanels, MSBT, Prat, Quartz, TipTac. I've also fallen in love with OPie, which isn't seen here but really is a great addon.

I took the time to tweak my previously posted UI (http://i33.tinypic.com/2u557yw.jpg) and came up with something that has my bars more central, with my abilities more heavily consolidated with macros.

I found that EePanels is far less obtrusive using a gradient background rather than a solid background. A lot of solid panels begins to look very messy very quickly, especially if you're aiming to keep everying closely grouped.

As with the previous version of my UI I have a series of hidden Bartender4 bars, as well as Lynstats and an xpbar on Dash.

The scale of the UI might become annoying for some people, it's 1680x1050 and some of the text is mighty small.

There are a few little DogTag nuances I only have up on my alt retadin (Buff indicators and the like), but it's the same general layout, so nothing much is really lost.
