The only thing that I take credit for though is the modified code in each addon and the layout. I did not originally author any of them.

So I rewrote my layout in parts once again after stealing some ideas from Caith, and ended up with this:

Nice work... Wouldn't expect that the font on your UF's, castbar and combat text could actually look good on any UI. But it seems to fit right in with this one.

Newest iteration of my interface.
Raid (everything shown):

Bars are hidden out of combat, player frame is hidden unless there is a target, combat or under 100% HP/MP.
Its not completely finished; I still have some things to get done here and there on the unitframes. Unfortunately, I'm not great with lua so I'm at the mercy of the wowinterface oUF community for answers. if you have any lua coding experience and wouldn't mind tossing some insight my way the thread is here and I will thank you greatly for it!

Here's my current UI.

While not exactly the most minimalistic UI out there, I try to keep my UI as simple and clean as possible: only the information I need to know is showed and as non-intrusive way as I can. Sometimes it works well sometimes it doesn't. Shapes and colors are used alot, because I find it easier and faster to get information from them than from myriad of texts and bars. For example, in the combat screenshot, the snowflake tells me that Deep Freeze is usable on target and the round shape displays target's CC effects, Frost Nova in this case, and it's duration. While I'd love a more minimalistic UI I haven't been able to go more minimalistic than this
No download, but these are the notable addons used:
Unit frames: Pitbull3 (with custom aura border texture). Font is uppercased Calibri. Texture is DsmV9b by Delsim.
Borders and panels: kgPanels, lots of them. Some scripts to change border color by class and reaction.
Buffs: Satrina Buff Frames. Love the mod eventhough it has some bugs that annoy me.
Casting bars: AzCastBar
Actionbars: Dominos
Chat mod: Prat
Minimap: simpleMinimap
Data texts: Stat Block Core with many different data broker modules.
Button skins: ButtonFacade with Delsim's DsmFade skin for squares and Serenity skin for round shapes.
Other mods: Power Auras (love it!), PerfectRaid, OPie, NeedToKnow

Only thing I would change is I would remove the little Grid tab above grid it doesn't look like it is supposed to be there in regards to the rest of the UI. It would drive me nuts haha so maybe it's just me

It definitely is not just you, I disabled it right after taking SS (hadn't noticed it before). It drives me nuts as well

Solo Casting:
There is no focus frame, I realized that I will be able to see the target's health elsewhere, I only want to know when they cast and what it is they casting. I figured I could handle this with a text anchored to my player frame similar to ToT.
To do list
- Minimap and chat need some love
- Adjust dbm fonts
- Finish configuring grid with debuff priorities and try to work in hots
- Configure MSBT
- Fix my focus casting text (need the dogtag for that if anyone has it)
-Tweaking location of everything until it's satisfactory
Suggestions? (Especially for map and chat)
Also, I need to figure out a way to show my hots and time left on them in a way that looks decent, but is readable. Grid corners indicators won't cut it since I need to know exactly how much time is left on my hots for arena when deciding to go drink or whether to cast another heal or if my LB will bloom in time or not.

Bit too minimalistic for me by now. I personally prefered the previous incarnation, in part due to the party actually having 'bars'. I tested HUD and have to say the animation on it ticked me off.
Try sThreatmeter perhaps, instead of Skada?

Well I've always been a minimalist, trying to show only the essential info in an easy to identify way. And up till now it works for me.
For the threat it's just the way it's shown (a list like every threat addon does). It does not align with any other feature of my UI. Something like a "dogtag" behind my party HP would be Ideal for example:
Sylv : 1.3k : -8.2k : 46%
where 46% would ofcourse be my threat on the target.

If you want to drop that and Stuf you can switch to PitBull and use the threat module? Maybe you avoided Pitbull because it has too many options and its not minimal enough? Just a thought.
Also saw this in Stuf Changelog....(unless you don't want a bar but instead text?)

- removed some unnecessary cache updating
- only check for ready status if a check was given
- added condition 'ingroup' which returns true if a unit is in your group
- probably fixed threat bar showing up on players
- another text processing speed up
- Stuf_VisualHeal no longer throws an error when StufRaid role frames are disabled

Nope I have used Pitbull for many many years, only using Stuf since this new UI.
The reason I use Stuf now is because it allows me to do the layout I have currently while pitbull would simply not.

Basically cleaned up some things, properly anchored kgpanels to their respective windows (chatbox etc). Biggest change is I changed pitbull 4 from dogtags to lua text.
Older raid shot, the dbm timers are moved further left so it's not overlapping the combat text scroll (not reflected in this picture). This is the priest profile.
Here is the default profile, two rows of buttons!

A new creation!!
I wanted to try a hud with as little bars/icons as possible, keep it clean, mostly textbased. I fiddled a bit with pitbull to make it display tiny tiny bars, found an elegant way of tracking my dots (ahum) downscaled my bartender.
It's not full done yet, I want to find a way to get rid of Necrosis (still useful now to keep some icons under tabs), and hopefully find a way to display dots text-based (a colored number is all I need!) so I can get rid of IceHud. That should fix most of the issues I have with it.
So I came to this:
(all clickable!)

Idle

An action shot, dot timers are all differently colored.

Everything open in config mode! "Short buffs" means a duration of 120 seconds or less, same for short debuffs.
I use this for tracking Nightfall procs. (or any proc, selfbuff or trinket)
