Beautiful what you've done with the unit frames!

As far as real criticisms, I hardly think the time text needs to be that large -- perhaps change them to the UF font/size. Also, the aloft texture would be better matching the UF texture imo.

This is what I've got so far:

Heavily based on Led's latest UI as you can see, with some tweaks here and there. I'm not really convinced about the bossmod timers and MT targets yet, some input would be appreciated.

Main addons used are: Pitbull4, Dominos, KGPanels, Satrina Buff Frames, pMinimap, sThreatMeter2, Eavesdrop and TipTac.

As for the nameplate threat coloring, thanks for the replies guys. Got it working now thanks to your help!

Solo - ToT / Casting

Raid UI has not changed much since the last time I posted, primary differences are rather minor, mostly fine tuning the UI.

Addon List:

I will be releasing this shortly, primarily just trying to minimize memory usage and fix minor details as well as combining current profiles from all mods into 1 profile for easier loading.

Took some ideas from Rekcinad, since I wanted UF's like that for a long time. Just didnt find a font that was good enough for it.

I borrowed Caith's pitbull layout as I found it really nice looking. Any comments would be nice as I always like to tweak and improve my UI constantly.

Here's the list of addons I have. I use TooManyAddons to set up a Raid and a PvP set of addons.

It's pretty heavily based on two UI's - my old UI, which was based on Spark UI by Slitherskin, and Ishtara UI, specifically the dpsing UI. I've modified some settings to my tastes and swapped out/added a few addons based on personal preference. All keybinds are hidden, the only two bars I have clickable are the one in the middle of the main panel and one to the right of the panel on fadeout which has all of my one-click poison macros, buff food and flask/elixirs.

The layout is similar to my old one but a bit cleaner, and i'll try to sort out a download if people are interested didn't upload the last one as scraped it to make this one soon after i posted it.

I've not posted a UI in a *long* while. I've been using a variation of the one I posted much earlier in this thread for more than a year I believe. I finally decided to upgrade. This is a beta build. I'm pretty sure I'm going to swap out a few addons, and things are still raw enough that you can pretty easily see who's UI's I've used as inspiration if you take a stroll back through the thread...

At Rest...

This is just an "at rest" image. What you see is the central buttons (24 of them for stuff I don't have keybound but use). On the line to the left you see my chat box, and on the line to the right you see my combat log. Above the buttons you see my health percentage to the left and my mana percentage to the right (this is a pitbull unitframe). My cast time (text only, no actual cast bar and no spell name) will appear in the center between the two in slightly larger text.

Pet Bar...

This was an early test shot to show how the pet/vehicle/possession bar works. I'll be hiding the little "wooden" buttons and keybinding as necessary.

Below the pet bar you see my focus. There is also a cooldown line under the line to the right of the buttons.

Differences here are:

Target Frame (right side): You see the target of target area. There is a (translucent/barely visible) cast bar that appears under that when the target is casting, along will standard (and fully visible) castbar texts. Lastly, you see the threat meter below the unit frame.
Raid Frames: Grid. Need I say more?
Damage Meters: Placed over the minimap when toggled visible.
Boss Mods: Currently using Deadly... but will likely switch to BigWigs for more configurability. Timers show up to the left of grid. Range and health meters are currently in the upper left section of the screen. Raid warnings appear in the blank area between the raid frames and the action bars... making it easier to spot them while focused on grid.

Have to say I like what you did with the pet/possession bar, Coolline suits there well and I hadn't seen such a target frame yet. It seems to work well and the threat meter underneath it looks good.

The first thing I do when I decide it's time to make a new UI is hit these kinds of threads and download images of UI's that really appeal to me so I can page through them for inspiration while I work. I should really write down the names of the folks I download so I can give them proper credit. Anyway I'm pretty sure the base design was inspired by a pic of an old Ishtara UI. The target frame is inspired by LED++'s recent posts, though I decided to use text rather than bars so it is less obvious.

Malev UI - WoWInterface

One of the things I've tried to create with this UI is an aesthetically pleasing design, as well as perceptibility. The transparent frames allow more screen visibility and with everything at the bottom of the screen, mostly around the character, it's easier to pay attention to 'shiny shit' around you.
