(Edit: If anyone wants assistance with anything I have displayed here, feel free to contact me on the Arthas Server, name Bloodleaf)
I wanted to add a few notes about the images follow these comments.
I did not settup my UI in some bizzare effort to show as little actual UI as possible. I have been playing for five years and have put my largest focus on actual functionality and position optimal for both PvP and PvE.
My Unit Frames sit below my characters visual range and far enough below it and to the sides that situational effects (Fire) is clearly visible. You'll also note that I do use Portraits. This is likely cosmetic, but when playing without a portrait for two months I noticed I wasn't double checking my targets when changing target (Specifically when I do this via mouse click)
I do not use Skill bars. They exist, but I cannot see or interact with them thanks to a function in Bartender 4. When I need to make adjustments to my skill bars, I open my Bartender menu and make my skill bars visible, then revert them back to invisible after. My cool downs are instead displayed to the left of my player frame.
I am not going to pretend there aren't things I click, like things not related to combat. One of my action bars containing miscellanious buttons (for fun macros, professions)

This effect is also in place for my pet bar (Which is scaled down and can only bee seen if mouseover'd while a pet is active)
My map buttons also appear and disappear on mouse over, I have eliminated the useless buttons.
My bag auto sorts items by item type.
Finally, I would like to impose how much of a Must have mod
Addon Control Panel is. Aside from turning on and off addons while the game is still running (Sometimes requiring only a reload, many times requiring nothing) It also allows you to turn off many segmented parts of the addon which take up memory but serve either no useful purpose or just a purpose you are not utilizing in your particular UI settup) For example: Azure Cast Bars(ACB, first addon on the list) has two components that take up memory but I am not using. I have disabled them via Addon control panel. You are even able to see how much memory each component is taking up
Instead of my list of downloaded addons, I have cut and paste the complete list of addons listed in Addon control panel.
