ShadowFriend attempts to provide meaningful information to shadow priests for post-fight analysis :
* Historize fights
* Choose fights to historize (default T4 to Sunwell database provided)
* Metrics :
o Mana return efficiency : ratio between the mana returned and the theoretical mana return based on total shadow damage
o MB/SWD cooldown management efficiency : ratio between number of spell casts and theoretical max number of spell casts based on fight length
* Warnings :
o Hazardous SWD casts : number of SWD casts with health under a set threshold
o Death number in fight

Warning : this is very much a beta for now (I dry-coded some of the last changes and couldn't test them in raid, I blame the soccer fans :P ). Let me know if something goes haywire; if you have some ideas of other metrics I haven't included, please feel free to contribute.

I came up with this idea after being asked to give performance review on sp applies, using WWS to get those metrics is fairly straightforward but tedious, plus I wanted to try my hand on Ace3

Bug Report: If you only have 1 fight in the log, you cant delete it, aka playing around with the mod at Dr. Boom, obviously running out of combat when oom screws up some values, but its testing only anyway.

As for the bug report this is the intended behaviour (aka : it's not a bug, it's a feature :P ). But you're right, it's something I should change.
I may add a start / stop recording button at one point because the fight end detection routine is not completely foolproof.

Can I use this mod to track the mana return of the Spriest in my group?

You should be able to... I never tried it on another char than my priest but it's designed to work even if you're not a shadowpriest...

This is exactly what I've been looking for! Thank you for your efforts.

An idea I have for an addon is this simple little counter that you can drag somewhere on your screen that counts mindflay ticks from 1-2-3, would make it at least a bit simpler for me to keep track of it. I'm sorry if an addon like it already exists.

Is it possible to have the mod determine average delay between spellcasts? (While inside five second rule) It depends on haste (lower GCD), but I find it rather difficult to determine this looking through old combat logs. (Grep works, but is ugly)
