I modeled this in Rawr by editing Whispering Fanged Skull with the same proc chance/ICD, and changes the AP and ArP values, and it showed a 124 DPS increase in full BiS gear with Shadowmourne, over Heroic Death's Choice/Verdict.

I assume there is going to be a Heroic version of this trinket, which will definitely be BiS along side DBW 277.
