Are you only looking on aoe fights? you should have the upperhand on any "cleave" fight and single target fight, atleast from my personal experience. but yea blood is not as good as it once was. Or well it is frost and unholy just got better.
play what you wan't to play, there is a fair diffrence in the specs dpswise but if its same skill/rng/gear it would be something along the lines of:
frost > unholy > blood.

As to what you can do, first of all DBW is very important.
I'd suggest ditch some expertise aswell being over the cap is useless.
but you got some stuff that really drag you down, like your greatness card.
I think getting some crucial upgrades would make a big diffrence for you.
