I'm not 100% sure what you are trying to say here. If you put a 20 strength gem in with a 20 hit enchant that's 20 and 20. If you do a 20 hit gem and 15 strength enchant that's 20 and 15. Clearly you can see which is better without asking us. Use proper capitalization when posting here, real words (you, not u) and paragraph form.
