Another side note: Why not have the raid instances set up like the current dungeons? ie) a "normal"mode and a "hardcore" mode? That way everyone can actually SEE the content and the hardass folks can still feel really good about themselves by beating it on hardcore? I mean ffs the loot that drops in the raids right now would be just fine loot if it was for "normal" mode...

You know they've had raid of 25 QA people walk in and MT was holding [Martin Thunder]. "Uh-oh guys, this Gruul guy is hitting hard." *click* "we win. encounter is balanced." It all smells of giant rooster named block, everywhere you look.
It would be cool to have 25 man instances on hard mode but that means a lot more coding and a lot more itemization that is already a mess.
