Hi guys. I just recently completed Shadowmourne and after the first couple of times I started to think I may be doing something wrong. My damage doesn't feel like it's as high as it should be. I ran Kahorie's and I'm definitely not consistently seeing the numbers it says I should be seeing. I'm often getting either outdamaged or followed very closely by a Mage in my Guild who is, no doubt, really good but also in worse gear. Is it supposed to be that way?

Am I overestimating the difference in DPS I should have seen when upgrading to Shadowmourne or am I doing something incorrect? My build is standard (0/17/54) as is my rotation, but for the sake of thoroughness:
Open - IT-PS-BSx2-SS-DC -> ERW-SS-BSx2-SS-Garg-DC
After - PS/IT-BSx2-SS-DCx2 -> SS-BSx2-SS-DCx2(HoW)
And I will alternate PS/IT to twist diseases. Here's a parse of multiple DBS Hard attempts from last night:
