I'm quite amazed you managed to break so many rules in one run-on sentence. Read the forum rules before posting again.

Post number 7 essentially gave the answer, but just to clarify, you type:
/run setglobal("curSpec", currentlywornset'sname)
After that make a macro with the script: /run if curSpec=="firstsetname" then UseEquipmentSet("secondsetname") curSpec = "secondsetname" else UseEquipmentSet("fristsetname") curSpec = firstsetname end
I've also been finding that, and if your timing is perfect and you separate each set of 2 runes with a GCD, you can actually proc hanged man indefinitely while having the awareness bonus damage on every oblit. With the macro bound to a more accessible key, I've no doubt you'll be able to do it too. When I'm able to do it reliably it's another 100-200 dps. What I'm doing is hitting Space right after the oblit before the one which I'd use to refresh the stack. With a GCD in between rune sets, this means I do this: Oblit(space), Frost Strike(If hanged man procced off the preceeded oblit, space), Oblit.
P.S. I was sometimes finding it hard to keep track of which sigil I had up, so I added #showtooltip 18 into the macro and placed it on my bars, which displays whatever's equipped in the sigil slot.
Edit: Forgot to mention that I use the standard UI, so I placed the macro on the 12th slot of my action bar, and changed it in the key bindings menu to be "spacebar" instead of "="

Would u mind breaking down a bit more the macro, i've been cracking at it for a bit now with no luck and maybe how often u do the swap , it'd be really helpful as i am now looking to up my dps as much as humanly possible
