You can put a 15 Exp enchant on either bracers or gloves. The biggest AP enchant for gloves is only 44 as opposed to 50 on bracers, so that's where you would want to get the Exp from.
On the other hand, there's a 10 hit/10 exp gem you might also want to consider since it doesn't end up wasting any itemization points if 10 exp was exactly what you needed (and hit is still useful up until the spell hit cap, just not as strong as other stats).
You can get a definitive answer if you use a sim to find what your personal stat weights are and do the math, but those are your options if you're close to the cap.
