Don't start a new line for each new sentence, and avoid ellipses except in formal citations.

Also, make sure to provide explanations for the positions you take, and organize your thoughts to help the reader follow your logic. For example, I get that frost won't use fire orb because they have frostfire orb instead -- but it would be easier to see that's what you're saying if you put the two thoughts together.

Since Blizzard will be making changes to the class' talent system to provide us with 31 points instead of 71. Will Wall of Fog, Time Warp and Flame Orb be exclusive to mages of Frost, Fire, and Arcane specs respectively? Or will they be learned by the trainer?

Wall of Fog will not be used by any of the specs, Fire, frost, or arcane.
Flame orb will not be allowed in most frost specs, only fire and arcane will use it/be able to cast it.
Time warp can be used by all mages who train it at lvl 85.

None of the above will be learned by a trainer, however...

all three will be taught by a trainer.
All specs can use curtain of frost.
Frost spec will use frostfire orb instead of flame orb.
