If we think about this logically, we can look at your post and see that you've more than likely answered your own question. You said it's dead now to equal MH + OH in ICC because the scaling buff does not affect pets. Is there a scaling buff in RS? This is something you can figure out using the tools available. Generally speaking your posts haven't been all that fantastic here. You've either asked questions that have been answered, or could be answered with a little work on your end. Please work on this, you're now officially halfway out the door.

Hello fellow moonkins. I would like to hear your opinion about [Nibelung] in Ruby Sanctum.
I know, its pretty much dead vs equal MH + OH combo in ICC due to the zonewide buff and valkyrs not scaling, but what about RS? Will it be viable option for the Hailon encounter, especially if you consider all the movement involved on heroic mode?
