Valithria rotations have been extensively discussed in this thread already. Please use the search function on these forums to see what others have to say about that.
Your comments about healing yourself in the portal with riptide and keeping earth shield on someone who takes damage are obvious to anyone who has done the fight.
And don't link your armory when you post. We can see who you are with your user profile, to the left of your post.

25 Valithria HM
As far as I noticed glyphing for Healing Wave for that fight shouldn't be needed.
My current rotation on this fight is RT-HW-HW-RT-HW-HW-RT.
Vodkawater - Demon Soul is my character and you can check his resto gear out in wow-heroes cached.
The Dreamwalker debuff that gets applied by stacking the orbs I found is not really that bad. When I first attempted the boss it was overwhelming but you have to remember inside when your collecting the orbs you can riptide yourself and generally our disc shields or druid hot's negate any of the damage I received from debuff of course I only get around 22-27 stacks before its finished.
My question is Earth Shield:
Should it be placed on a tank through-out the fight from scaling with the healing?
Also is there a better rotation for Valithria then my current RT-HW-HW-RT? Currently I beat paladins and only touch around 32k HPS but I see other resto shamans on WorldofLogs doing 40k+
Thank you for your time.
