Druidi- The reason Rawr is telling you to replace Ikfirus's Sack of Wonder with Chestguard of the Frigid Noose is because of how far over the expertise cap you are with the sack, so you are completely wasting 90 points worth of stats on it. The largest upgrade for you would be to replace your chest with the t10 chest even if its 251, and then replace either the gloves or shoulders with their respective tier piece also. This will mean that you will be below the hit cap, but that is okay for ferals since we are mainly energy capped and not gcd capped.
