You should optimize your gear with a standard set of buffs that you typically get when raiding. If you sometimes have a few buffs, just take some of them, or take them unimproved or something; being unbuffed heavily skews the value of different stats. Also, you should not be caring about or using relative stat values at all. It's totally expected to replace 23sp gems with 12sp/10haste gems as you get into T10 level gear.

well its post's like Morthiras BiS setups (Optimal Sets / Item Discussion) that made me wonder if my rawr was wrong, thanks for the advice
