Glyphs are going to be (re)done by Blizzard once they're at the point that they're happy with the talents. They've said this quite often.

Original Post:

Any idea what sort of new glyphs they've incorporated for some of the new abilities? Do they still have glyph of Disease or OB or HB?

Does Scarlet Fever count as an additional disease or is it just a debuff?
