I used the "Frost Sub-spec Without Reaping" talent build with 3 changes made to the talent tree. No "Bone Shield" and no "Endless Winter." I used the 3 talent points toward " Morbidity." Changed the AOE rotation to this.

Phase 1 : PS - IT - PEST - DnD - DC - HORN

Phase 2 : BS - BB - SS - DC - PEST - SS - DnD - DC

Repeat phase 2 over and over. PEST will refresh PS and IT with the "Glyph of disease." The cool down time with DnD will go from 30 secs to 15 secs with 3 talent points in "Morbidity." Not sure about the DPS numbers, but the rotation works smoothly.

Not happy with losing 2 talent points of "Endless Winter," but I needed 3 talent points from somewhere. Maybe take a talent point away from "Summon Gargoyle" and put that talent point back into "Endless Winter?"
