Hunters don't fall in the same category as melee classes. Our hit table is much different - there's no dodge, parry or glancing (we do have block tho if attacking from the front). That means that our cap comes at 104.6 (not 100% sure about the number) if attacking a target, 3 levels higher than the hunter, or 100% if you attack a target at your level. And with the current gear, I am not sure if you can come close to that. Sure, some abilities, such as Kill Shot for a Surv hunter (with the right amount of procs) hit the crit cap, and maybe Aimed shot for a MM hunter (with the TSA glyph) can get close, but that's about it.
