1. Reforging is handled by thaumaturge NPCs. It's no longer done by tailors, leatherworkers, or blacksmiths. This was changed months ago; in fact it's always been done this way. The "old" way only ever existed as a part of the original reforging preview, and was never implemented. You should post Cataclysm questions in the Cataclysm thread anyway.
2. Search and read, and decide for yourself.

I havent played the BETA at all so I don't really know too much about Cata. I have two questions.
1. Are the reforging classes going to be able to craft something that will allow other classes to reforge their items as well?
2. Single target non cleave fight is arcane beating fire in dps?
