@Deepfriedegg some people said something about mastery also scaling with haste, because the more shot you fire the more procs you can get, wich has nothing to do with soft or hard caps. I just wanted to know exactly wich stat between haste and crit has the lowest weight, but i'll give a try with the values given in the initial post of this thread and reforge my haste into mastery.
About Geoph armory, it doesn't seem to be up to date, i see him untalented and with a lot of 20 crit gem that are obviously his ex 20 arp gems.
(The armory is indeed stuck on 13rd october)
