Ok i did a couple things to see what is better for me , now know that i am only 5600 gs. I did several test with reforging all hit , all haste and leaving it alone , and also doing it with the bm/hs/rb rotation and then the one i was messing around with bs/hs/rb/-slam when procd these are what i got , if it helps kool. If you have anything to add to bring up my dps that would be kool too. These are all done with 10 mins on the dummy each.

OK first test is all normal with all strength gems. I did the rotation of bt/hs/rb and did 5900
BT did= 44183 normal 8976 crit
HS did= 5437 normal 11322 crit
RB did= 3313 normal 5531 crit

Ok 2nd test is doing the rotation of bt/hs/rb with all reforged haste i did 5900
BT did=4560 normal 9503 crit
Hs did = 5704 normal 11729 crit
Rb did=3617 normal 5731 crit

Ok 3rd test my rotation bt/hs/rb and slam when proced reforged all haste
BT= 4599 normal 9555 crit
HS=6043 normal 12132 crit
RB= 3182 normal 7699 crit
Slam = 3257 normal 6607 crit

Ok 4th test reforged haste doing the bt/hs/rb rotation and this is respecd 2 into incite and 3 into war accadamy.
i did 6300
BT=4664 normal crit 9436
HS= 5661 normal 12180 crit
Rb=3494 normal 5187 crit

Ok 5th test refored haste respecd into wa and incite doing the rotation of bt/hs/rb/slam when proced i did 7000
BT=4229 normal 8895 crit
HS=5194 normal 11149 crit
Rb=3275 normal 6152 crit
Slam= 3000 normal 5696 crit

Ok 6th test reprecd wa and incite doing the rotation of bt/hs/rb and reforged hit but not hit hard hit caped didnt change any gems. i did 7300 was 24% hit thats it.
Bt=4351 normal 9529 crit
HS=5609 normal 11655 crit
RB= 3334 normal 6157 crit

Ok 7th test respecd incite and wa , regemd and reforged to be hard hit capd and doing the rotation of bt/hs/rb i did 6300. hard cap of 27%

BT=4190 normal 9077 crit
HS 5251 normal 11284 crit
RB= 2973 normal 6596 crit

Ok last test repecd wa and incite , regemd and refogred to be hard hit capped doing my rotation of bt/hs/rb/slam.
i did 6300 dps
BT- 4247 normal 8812 crit
HS=5142 normal 11362 crit
RB=3284 normal 5755 crit
Slam= 3036 normal 6001 crit.

So i hope this info helps you out , i did seem to notice using slam in any of the rotations seems so rage starve us. And from what i seen i was less rage starved and did better having all strength gems and reforged haste.
