Rule 6: Dummy tests aren't useful unless you have very consistent players, testing for very long periods of time, with dedicated friends willing to provide all relevant raid buffs and debuffs. We don't use them here, except for specific tailored theorycrafting purposes, like establishing proc rates and internal cooldowns.
Rule 7: Don't ask someone with better gear than you to try your test out for you. It won't help you out any because they will have different gear than you do.

Are you sure that hit is the best stat for warrior to the hard CAP?
i tryed test on heroic dummy with those stats
Damage: 1879 - 2278
Speed: 3.16
Power: 4502
Hit Rating: 235
Crit Chance: 33.60%
Expertise: 26
i made 7802DPS also i didnt have rage starvation cause you can use berserker rage/battle shout (commanding) for additional rage what i use on Free GCD, also you miss chance is pretty low idk if gemming for STR and reforge to crit is much more usefull for DPS increase than hit by white attacks....maybe im wrong but could some1 highly geared try this? more AP>crit=>much more dps than hit. i think so...
