"N.B.Inputs for ratings should be the the total rating value for a specific stat, not just the ratings shown on the char sheet. I.e. take the total crit/haste/mastery you have and convert it to its rating value using the ratings converter tool"
I am testing gear and reforging out, so I am not sure what you were seeing at armory. However when I tested it I was at:
Mastery Points: 20.77 -> 953.5
% Crit: 35% -> 1606
% Haste: 41% -> 1348
With all raiding buffs I am actually higher than that.
My gear is almost all 277 ilevel and bis.
I got that level of mastery by reforging ALL pieces of gear, either crit or haste to mastery.
At level 80, with no mana issues, yes, I am pretty sure mastery > crit and haste > crit, so you should reforge crit to something.
Now I am a bit surprised with haste > mastery and I am trying to figure this one out still.
