During last raid we we're waiting alot on ppl due to random DC's, porting problems, Ghost speeds etc etc, and I spend some time just spamming heals, and I saw no difference between a Earth shielded target and a non shielded target. All my healing surges had normal hits between 13-14500 and criticals between 20-22k. But ofc this was just checked looking at the combat log, so I just wanted to ask if anyone has done any real testing on this?
