i personally do not have any heroic gear but i do have mostly 264. I have been reading these forums for days and noticed that most of the people on here have top end gear, Heroic Icc 25. Their reported numbers are obviously going to be much higher then the avg joe. With me having mostly 264 and lower gear i pull and avg of 13k in icc 25, topping out at 15k on single target. I compared my stats to the top end geared guys on here and my question is what should i do with my stats, if anything at all till i get more upgrades which im working on.

Haste 18.79%

pull 7-8k on the lvl 83 dummy using BT-RB-BT-(HS thrown in while on CDS)

I just want some opinions of upgrades i should get that are non heroic 25. I had a few in mind from the previous BIS list but now im unsure. Also overall stats just seem really low compared to others, mainly haste and crit, should i be gemming to get them higher? my priority for gemming is 20 str in red, and socket bonus gem for the socket bonus if its 6+ str, otherwise its 20 str. Im trying to maximize my stats with what i have by reforging and gems, but i cant seem to find anyway other then my current setup to stretch my gear anymore.

In icc 25 i lead the raid at 13k overall, doing avg of 20k on aoe and 12-15k on bosses. I dont know if this is low for my gear but considering i out dps'd all the other melee and most casters on all fights i must be doing something right cause i literally got smoked last week in raid. Hope to hear from you guys!

EDIT: One other thing, iv been reading that the new exp cap is 22 instead of 26? in icc25 last night i had a max of 2% parry and miss, most fights either being 0 or less than 1. Should i drop some exp for more hit/crit/haste?
