Rules 6 & 7: There is no magical minimum expertise you have to have. Expertise is good, but so are other stats. You read the first post of the thread and you already know this, but it doesn't feel right to you so you're asking for confirmation. You don't get to do that here. If you don't believe the hard work and math someone else did, the burden of proof is on you to do your own work and refute their findings.

Im hitcap and have 23% haste
As i read main post expertise is not important for us atm but how much expertise do we need.
whats the minumum expertise do we need to have?
