A new stable build has yet to be released. With the constant hotfixes going on after the release of such a major patch items are changing on a nearly daily basis. In the mean time you can use the sims from this thread as a guidline as well as the extremely helpful http://elitistjerks.com/f80/t106168-...clysm_raiding/ by Warlocomotif.
