Reforging has been extensively discussed. Search and read before posting. And some capital letters and other general improvements to spelling and grammar would also be nice.

i got a question concerning statting / reforging for ASSASSINATION.

As the ep values show crit (1.5) is worse than whitehit (1.8).

Is it right to reforge the crit of "crit/haste items" into hit still above spellhit cap ?
