Rule 6: If you want to report it, go ahead. Submit a GM ticket, make a bug report post on the official Blizzard forums, whatever. Don't ask if other people have reported it, you'll either get people responding with useless "yeah I totally did!" posts, or you'll get no response at all because your question isn't helpful.

Removed the Mastery effect from Flametongue weapon. Flametongue weapon was getting effected by the Enhancement Mastery elemental damage bonus, but this isn't happening on Live.
