There's been links to discussion and threat analysis in the thread already. It's not a particularly large thread. Also, the large letters for your entire post? Don't do that. It's obnoxious.

Fast or Slow Weapon Speed(s)? Explain/Detail. Also, Any Best in Slot (BiS) changes or suggestions?
To quote an earlier thread "The speed of your weapon is relatively inconsequential. Slower weapons have slightly better properties for parrying (both yours and your target's) and for using HotR with Seal of Righteousness. Fast weapons allow you to stack Seal of Vengeance slightly faster. Neither of these effects is significant enough for weapon speed to be a factor in your gear decisions. Choose the weapon that has the highest dps or the best stats."
However, as many things have changed (Spells, Abilities, Talents, Etc.)...Is there an updated and correct answer to this seemingly neverending question?
