Normally I'm inclined to excuse this, but in this case you had the obnoxiously large font size the poster used to warn you it was a bad post. Don't respond to those please, it only encourages them.

Slower weapons do more crusader strike damage since that ability is not normalized. Slower than 2.0 weapon speed is best for reckoning.
I think the point is mostly moot as all the one handed strength weapons I've seen are 2.6 speed (in cataclysm).
