I used two separate values of spellpower to evaluate the k constant (spellpower rating) for lifebloom in the expression
heal = base*(1+spellpower/k)*modifiers.
As ninahagen suggested the problem might be the stacks so this time I did the regression with 3 stacks of lifebloom. The regression formulas are:
Bloom: y = 1.5919x + 9266.7
HoT (10 ticks): y = 1.1676x + 8520.8
k = slope/intercept so
Bloom: k = 0.000171787, 1/k = 5821.157108
HoT (10 ticks): k = 0.000137029, 1/k = 7297.704693
