Here's my question: how difficult is it to capitalize and punctuate properly?

heres my question. in one part of the post, it says you dont use 20 haste gems in yellow sockets. and at the bottom where it shows the gems for each slot you should use, it has 20 haste? which is it? also if haste and mastery are > strength, wouldnt you want to reforge everything for mastery and gem haste to the cap?
