Read before posting, you've said absolutely nothing new here. This whole discussion was about how totemic reach and elemental reach interact with each other. Or to put it another way, where do you think the "1.3" came from in the calculation you're quoting?

Then you have also put points into Totemic Reach probably, as the talent stacks with Elemental Reach.
