Damn me and my lvl80 mindset. Forgot about AotF. And CobraS. So ISS will be a dps loss then, as SS will be dropped from rotation.

...unless I am misunderstanding CobraS's 2ndary ability of increasing SerpS duration...Do those stack or is it more akin to ChiShot's refreshing?
