Just wanted to add that looking at the high-score list for Saurfang 25 HC on WoL. The new top 23 of assassination rogues are all from after 4.0.3a.
They have all gone for mastery also if that's of any importance. So until we reach 85, I think it's pretty safe to say which the strongest secondary stat is.
Also you will have quite a lot of haste with or without the reforging. I'm personally reforged into mastery and still have nearly 26% haste unbuffed, 849 rating to be more precise. If you're having problems with handling your rotation with the energy regen at that point you're doing something wrong...
