In the other side if you lose track of your rupture and let it fall, is it worth to vanish and wait so you get back in stealth? so you can reapply a MoS buffed rupture?

If you want to apply MoS immediately after vanish, the only possible solution seems to be a macro like its used for subt(PvE):
#showtooltip vanish
/cast vanish
/cast stealth
(Worked pre 4.0.3, untested in current patch)
