Here's what the report submitted for this post said:
In the OP of this thread it says "If you have a bug to report, please utilise the bug reporting tools at Rawr - Issue Tracker" (and a link which does still go to the issue tracker).
Moreover, on the page itself of the Rawr application, it says,
4. This is a beta. There are tons of things which are going to be broken. Find them and report them on our Issue Tracker as bugs using the formatting linked to the right.
5. This is a beta. There are TONS of things which are going to be broken. Please report issues that you find/have with the appropriate formatting (linked to the right).
And lastly, when the poster clicked the button to "gather information from battle.net" there was a big message box which says, "Please bear with us as we adjust to all the changes going on at battle.net right now."

The RAWR 4 seems to be still bugged from gather information from battle.net. Not sure if anyone has posted on it, at least not that I can see. I would post the error code but I copy and paste it.
