Is there a breakdown of the relative value of the different combat ratings for Frost in the same way as they are presented in the Fire thread? Knowing what the 'ranking' or 'priority' of the ratings is one thing, but is 2 haste better than 1 crit, etc? Exact numbers would be very helpful in evaluating gear choices until we can start getting towards BIS gear.
