Was gemmed as agility 1st week when we progressed to 11/12, and changed to stamina during progression, cause of tank damage was too hight and I had to stack stamina. Will try agi gem next raid

I don't know the details of the Nefarian fight, but why do you gem for stamina? Burst damage isn't really a threat anymore like it was in WotLK. In fact, like you're saying, healer mana is an issue. So avoidance and mitigation become very strong. To be precise, agility becomes your go-to stat, buffing both your avoidance as well as the potency and frequency of your savage defense shields.

It is the burst damage from nefarian who take me down to 30-10%, when nefarian is in range of onxyia (60 yard ) they gain a debuff, I usualy pop barkskin and run away fast. but it that is not saving me, I have to pop SI also.
Then I only have 1 crap cooldown left for lighting at each 10% aka when he hit 80%
